Terms of Use & Service Agreement

Please read these terms carefully before accessing or using ExamSathee practice tests, questions, and learning tools.

Independent Educational Resource: ExamSathee is an independent self-study and practice portal. Test questions, time simulations, and detailed solutions are curated solely for formative education. ExamSathee is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing any government body, official examination agency (NTA, CBSE, SSC, IBPS, DSSSB, or state education boards).

1. Nature of Content & Practice Material

All mock tests, daily practice papers (DPPs), diagnostic question banks, and explanations hosted on ExamSathee are original educational materials or open-source NCERT-aligned practice sets. They do not represent leaked, actual, or proprietary official examination papers.

2. Account Responsibility & Fair Assessment

When creating an account, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to attempt mock tests honestly: sharing answers in real time during a timed CBT session, attempting to reverse-engineer server scoring endpoints, or deploying automated scrapers is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate account suspension.

3. Tab Switches & Integrity Monitoring

For timed CBT simulations, ExamSathee may record tab switching frequency to encourage realistic exam discipline and time management. This data is exclusively accessible to the student and their designated mentor/guardian.

4. Under-18 / Minor Student Accounts & Guardian Consent

Students under the age of 18 or in foundational classes (Grades 1–8) are encouraged to obtain parent or guardian permission. Public progress sharing links expose only first names and topic mastery stats; private contact information is never disclosed.

5. Accuracy Disclaimer & Syllabus Updates

While our team of educators continually updates question banks against official syllabus notifications, syllabus patterns may vary by notification. Always verify recruitment dates, patterns, and guidelines directly against official examination gazettes.

6. Account Deletion & Right to Erase

You maintain full control of your account. You may update your profile or permanently delete your account and all associated test attempt records directly from the Student Profile settings at any time.
